1. Who you are contracting with IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED

These terms form a contract between you and IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED, the operator of the headwhitbona marketplace at headwhitbona.com. 2. Using the marketplace

You may browse the catalog without an account. To place an order you need to provide an accurate delivery address, a valid payment method and a working email address for receipts and dispatch notices. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other buyers or the studio.
• Attempt to access areas of the site or systems that are not intended for you.
• Submit reviews or messages that are false, misleading or belong to someone else.
• Resell items purchased for resale without a separate written agreement with IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED.

3. Products, prices and availability

• Product pages are written by our studio from bench testing. Measurements, materials and included accessories are described as accurately as we can manage, but small variation between batches is normal for natural materials.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. The price shown is the price you pay: IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED does not add a buyer commission or a service fee at checkout.
• Express delivery costs $18 on orders under $250 and is free on orders of $250 and above. Standard delivery is included in the product price.
• Stock counts on the site can be up to a day behind a busy weekend. If an item is unavailable, your payment is refunded in full under the refund policy.

4. Placing an order

An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract when IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED sends a dispatch confirmation. If you need to change or cancel an order before it is packed, write to us and we will amend it with no charge. There is no cancellation fee at any stage.

5. Delivery

• Standard delivery is 2–5 business days anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses that the carrier delivers to.
• Express delivery arrives the next business day.
• Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern on a working day are packed the same day.
• Some heavy items ship to a street address only, and some fragile items require a signature. The product page states this before you order.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier, except for parcels declared lost, which we refund in full as described in the refund policy. Risk of damage caused in transit remains with IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED, and we replace or refund such orders as described in the refund policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The terms, including who pays return shipping, the 48-hour refund timing and the treatment of faulty items, are set out in full in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. There is no restocking fee and no processing fee.

7. Acceptable use of our content

The photography, product descriptions, page design and written content on headwhitbona.com belong to IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED or to the brands that supply them. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy whole product pages or product images for resale, and you may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

8. Brand relationships

Some products are supplied by partner brands. IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED checks each brand before listing and remains the party you contract with for delivery, returns and support. A statement made by a brand on a product page is a statement about that product and does not change these terms.

9. Liability

We provide the marketplace and the products with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the marketplace or the law changes. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes are announced on the site and by email to buyers with an account.

11. Termination

You may stop using the marketplace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, that breaches these terms, or that repeatedly causes chargebacks. Orders already placed remain governed by the terms in force when they were made.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in New York County, State of New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to an order placed with IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the state where you live. If you are a resident of New York, you may also use the New York State Department of State consumer complaint process.

13. General

These terms, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the refund policy together form the entire agreement between you and IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply. Headings do not affect interpretation. Failing to enforce a right does not waive it.
