The studio, hour by hour
09:00 — Bench first
Daniel starts the day's testing queue while the light is still clean. Everything measured today gets logged in the shared notes file before it reaches a camera.
11:00 — Reads and decisions
Mira and Priya sit down with the new brand applications. Roughly half of them are declined, and every decline gets a written reason. IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED has never had a listing approved on a phone call alone.
14:00 — Cut-off and packing
Orders placed before two pm are packed the same day. Omar's table is the loudest corner of the studio, and the tape roll is always within arm's reach.
16:00 — The inbox
Buyer questions get answered before the studio empties out. Lena and Marcus handle them together, which is why replies usually arrive faster than you expect.
17:30 — Closing notes
Anything learned during the day goes back into the product pages. If three buyers ask about the same strap length, it appears on the page by tomorrow morning.
