// FOR BRANDS · IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED

Make something good. We will do the rest properly.

Headwhitbona takes on the parts of retail that slow good makers down: photography, copy, packing, delivery and support. IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED charges a flat monthly listing fee, takes no percentage of your sales, and never buys your placement higher up the shelf.

// WHAT WE TAKE OFF YOUR PLATE

You make it. We make it presentable.

Studio photography

We shoot your products on our daylight set, in a consistent style, with a ruler and a colour card in frame. You get the raw files and the finished product images. There is no per-SKU photography charge inside the monthly fee.

Copy that sounds like a person

Your description gets rewritten from our bench notes: measurements, weight, materials, what is in the box, what to avoid. We do not publish your marketing adjectives. Buyers reward the version that answers real questions.

Packing and logistics

Ship your stock to our studio once or twice a month. We pick, pack in recycled cardboard, and deliver across all 50 states in 2–5 business days. Express is available for the next business day when a buyer pays $18 on orders under $250.

Support in your name

Our team answers buyer questions about your products using the notes we wrote together. IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED handles returns, replacements and carrier claims so your inbox stays about making, not shipping disputes.

What we look for

Consistency between what you promise and what you ship. A clear answer when we write about material declarations. A repair or replacement policy that does not push the problem back to us. And a product that holds up after someone owns it for a week.

How long it takes

The review takes up to 48 hours once documents arrive. If the product needs bench testing, add two to three days. IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED sends a written result either way, including the reasons behind a decision to decline. After an approval, a member of the team lives with the sample for a week before the listing goes live.

What we need from you

  • Company registration details and a reachable contact
  • Material and composition information for each product
  • One sample unit per product, kept by us for reference
  • Your own repair or replacement terms

// THE PARTNERSHIP

What a shelf actually looks like

Showroom corner with a few carefully spaced products on pale plinths
Short shelves, carefully spacedEvery brand gets the same treatment. We do not sell premium corners of the page, because the whole point of a curated marketplace is that the shelf means something.

Your materials, our handsWe use your kraft inserts and printed cards inside a recycled outer box, so the packaging still looks like yours when it lands.
