Why IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED exists
Shopping online got bigger, not better. Endless feeds, forty listings for the same object, and a checkout that hides the real total until the last tap. IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED built the opposite: a short, edited shelf where every product has been handled, weighed, measured and argued about before it goes live.
We are not a reselling warehouse and we are not a brand. We are the layer in between that does the boring work — checking a sample batch, photographing a product properly, rewriting the description so you know what you are actually buying.
How we started
The first shelf opened in 2019 with 40 brands and one very stubborn rule: nothing goes live until someone on the team has owned the item for a week. Six years later the rule still stands, and it is the reason people come back.
IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED now serves buyers across the United States, from a small studio where the picking, packing and photography happen under the same roof.
What we hold to

- 30 days to change your mind, with no explanation required. Opened skincare, personal care and innerwear are the only exceptions, for hygiene reasons.

Straight answers before you order
Three stages: we verify the company documents and the maker behind them, we read feedback from real buyers, and we place a test order ourselves. IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED repeats the test when a brand changes supplier or packaging, and the review takes up to 48 hours, plus two to three days more if the product needs bench testing.
Tell us within the 30-day window and we issue your refund within 48 hours of receiving your report. An express delivery fee you paid is not refunded, unless the parcel is lost or arrives damaged. For a broken item we send a replacement first and cover the shipping both ways. You do not need to argue the point.
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days anywhere in the United States. If you need it faster, next-day shipping is available for $18 on orders under $250 and is free on orders of $250 and above.
None. IRONWOOD TRADE LIMITED earns from brands that pay a listing fee, so the price you see is the price you pay. We do not add a service fee at checkout and we do not pad the shipping.
Yes, within 30 days of delivery and without an explanation. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Opened skincare, personal care items and innerwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and they are marked as such on the product page. If the fault is ours, we also cover the return label.
